In the crazy locked down world we live in what is better than smoking turkey for Thanksgiving to share with friends and family (as long as gatherings are under the recommended amount of people…..pfffft…NOT)?

In the video below I walk you through how I smoked 6 turkey breasts I picked up from the store which came from Shady Brook Farm in Newtown, PA. The description has ingredients. I used lump charcoal and hickory wood chunks and cooked on my Big Green Egg, enjoy!
